2. Always get or confirm the job interviewer's name (including correct spelling) and job title.
3. Record your observations of the entire interview.
4. Note what the next step in the process will be.
5. Send a thank you letter or email. Be sure to reiterate your interest in the position and the organization.
6. Evaluate the interview. Did it go well? Is there room for improvement?
