REQUIREMENTS
College degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 10 years of IT Project / Program Management experience, or relevant business or team leadership
Project/strategic planning and business background with in depth understanding of assigned areas of responsibility
Experience with projects in multiple technologies, functions and industries to facilitate working with the management team and to assist in the understanding of people focused issues in the workplace.
Requires general knowledge of two or more technology disciplines and expert level knowledge of project management methodology and tools.
PMI certification or equivalent certification preferred

Develop, implement and review local HR policies and procedures and ensure that these are in line with regional guidelines, meet local regulatory requirements and are in line with market practic
Manage the provision of HR services individually as well as through the team.
